Account & data deletion

How to request deletion

1. In the Service Arc app: Settings → Delete account / data → Email deletion request.
2. Or email privacy@servicearcapp.com with subject Service Arc account deletion request, including the email address used for login and your organization name if known.
3. We verify ownership of the account before deleting login credentials.

What is deleted (individual login)

• Firebase Auth user for that individual
• Personal user profile fields tied to that login
• Device push tokens associated with that user
• Offline Field Mode caches scoped to that user (after sign-out / device cleanup)

What is not deleted by an employee request

Organization-owned operational data remains under the organization, including:

• Work orders, locate tickets, damage investigations
• Customers, invoices, documents, and media belonging to the organization
• Activity and audit history required for business continuity

Ask an organization administrator to remove or disable your membership. Employees cannot wipe company records through an individual deletion request.

Organization closure & retention

1. Owners export organization data (Settings → Export / offboarding path).
2. Cancel or settle the Service Arc subscription on the website / Stripe billing (not inside the Google Play app).
3. Request organization closure via support@servicearcapp.com.
